Day 01: Jaipur Arrival

After reaching Jaipur railway station our representative will receive you and proceed to check-
in to the hotel, relax and then in the afternoon, proceed to visit Birla Mandir, Jaipur Museum,
Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace. Overnight dinner and rest at Jaipur.

SIGHTSEEING : Birla Mandir


The Lakshmi-Narayan Temple, or the Birla Mandir, as it is more popularly known as, is located at the base of Moti Dungari. Built on an elevated platform, this comparatively modern temple is built entirely of white marble and dominates the skyline of south Jaipur. The temple was commissioned and built by renowned Indian industrialists, the Birlas, in 1988. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, also called Narayan, and his companion, Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth and good fortune. The temple is a work of art and has a marvellous display of exquisite carvings and sculptures covering many mythological themes. The eye is drawn to the images of Laxmi and Narayan, carved as they are, from one piece of marble. The top of the temple has three domes, each representing the three religions followed in India. This is designed to pay homage to secular India. The temple looks spectacular at night when it is lit up. Other than the main temple, the complex has a museum that exhibits the earlier belongings of the Birla family.

The Hawa Mahal Jaipur is the beautiful many windowed extension of the City Palace that is said to resemble the honeycomb structure of a bee’s nest. Since the construction of the Hawa Mahal Jaipur in 1799 the building has become the iconic structure of the city and the pink sandstone palace is considered as the finest example of Rajput architecture.The Hawa Mahal Jaipur translated into English means the Palace of the Winds and this name is in reference to the clever cooling system which propagates a gentle breezes through the inner rooms even during the intense Rajasthan summers. This ingenious design has been completely lost after a recent renovation in which windows were installed behind each of the lattice openings, so today the palace of winds has no wind.

SIGHTSEEING : Jantar Mantar

Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Raja Jai Singh. Located in the city of Jaipur, Jantar Mantar draws its name from Sanskrit terms 'yantra' and 'mantra'. The former term means instrument while the latter means formulae. Built between the period of 1728-34, the Jantar Mantar is based on the astronomical studies conducted by Sawai Jai Singh and his men around the world. One of his men brought a manual which was a copy of La Hire's "Tables". Accordingly, Jai Singh ordered the construction of the observatories based on the information provided in this manual. Jai Singh had to make choice regarding the material used for the construction of the observatory. He had the option of using either metal or masonry instruments and he preferred the latter to the former. Infact, he himself designed the stone and masonry instruments of the observatory. City Palace Located in the heart of the Pink City Jaipur, the City Palace was where the Maharaja reigned from. This palace also includes the famous 'Chandra Mahal' and 'Mubarak Mahal', and other buildings which form a part of the palace complex. The palace is located towards the northeast side of central Jaipur and has many courtyards and buildings. The palace was built between 1729 and 1732 AD by Sawai Jai Singh II. He ruled in Amer and planned and built the outer walls of the palace and later rulers added to the architecture of this palace. These additions have been known to take place right up to the 20th century. The urban layout of the city of Jaipur was commissioned to Vidyadhar Bhattacharya and Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob. The architectural styles are largely based on a fusion of Rajput, Mughal and European styles. Today, the 'Chandra Mahal' has been turned into a museum which is home to unique handcrafted products, various uniforms of the rulers and many more things pertaining to the royal heritage of the City Palace.

Day 02: Jaipur city tour

Jal Mahal (signifying "Water Palace") is a royal residence situated amidst the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, the capital of the condition of Rajasthan, India. The royal residence and the lake around it were revamped and amplified in the eighteenth century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber."The Jal Mahal castle has an eye-popping makeover. Conventional vessel creators from Vrindavan have made the Rajput style wooden water crafts. A tender sprinkling of paddles on the reasonable lake waters takes you to Jal Mahal. You move past finished foyers and chambers on the principal floor to climb as far as possible up to the fragrant Chameli Bagh. Day 03: Jaipur – Pushkar & Ajmer (150 km, 2:30 hours)

After breakfast, check-out of your hotel and drive to Pushkar, visit the famous Brahma temple
& Ajmer (Dargah Sharif). Stay overnight in the comfort of your hotel in Pushkar.

Day 04: Pushkar – Jaisalmer (450km – 7hrs)

Early morning after breakfast proceed to Jaisalmer and in the evening visit the sam which is
known for its sand dunes, enjoy the camel ride and sunset over the sand dunes and then enjoy
the traditional dinner along with folk dance and music of rajasthan & Overnight stay in Tent

Day 05: Jaisalmer city tour

Morning after breakfast visit to Golden Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, Garisar Lake. Overnight dinner

Day 08: Mount Abu

Udaipur Visit the City Palace museum, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends),
evening visit Cruise through the placid waters of Lake Pichola at sunset. Overnight at Hotel.

Pichola Lake is one of the most beautiful and picturesque lakes of Rajasthan, India. Located in the heart of the city, Pichola Lake is the oldest and one of the largest lakes of Udaipur. In 1362, the beautiful lake was built by Pichhu Banjara during the ruling period of Maharana Lakha. Talking about the dimensions of Pichhola Lake, it is extended to 3 miles in length, 2 miles in width and has depth of 30 feet.The beauty of this lake has not separated anyone to attract towards it. The lake looks more enchanting with its scenic surroundings. Maharana Udai Singh must have been certainly captivated by the charm of this pristine lake with the perfect backdrop of lush green hills as when he founded the city of Udaipur, he enlarged this lake. He also constructed a dam made in stone that falls under the 'Badipol' region on the shore of this lake.Pichola Lake is enveloped by lofty Palaces, temples, bathing ghats and elevated hills on all its sides. In the southern part of this lake, there is a hill that is known as Machhala Magra and one can see glimpse of Eklinggarh Fort from here. Jagdish Temple is a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur in Rajasthan. A big tourist attraction, the temple was originally called the temple of Jagannath Rai but is now called Jagdish-ji. It is a major monument in Udaipur. The Jagdish Temple is raised on a tall terrace and was completed in 1651. It attaches a double-storey Mandapa (hall) to a double-storey saandhara (with a covered ambulatory) sanctum. The mandapa has another storey tucked within its pyramidal samavarna (bellroof) while the hollow clustered spire over the sanctum contains two more, nonfunctional stories.Lanes taking off from many of the sheharpanah (city wall) converge on the Jagdish Temple. It was built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651. It is an example of Māru-Gurjara Architecture.

The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.

  • Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
  • Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
  • Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
  • Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
  • Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.

1. The contract will be not effective between the service provider agency Patra Tour and Travels Pvt Ltd. (PTT) and the client until received the full amount of payment from the client. 

2. The agency (PTT) has the right to take decision by reason for:-

a) To cancel the contract by reason prior to the date of the service provider and if does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding amount received from the client without the inclusion of any percentage of interest.

b) To amend of route / Timing of transportation service in such situation of any unavoidable circumstance.  

3. Patra Tour and Travels Private Limited cannot be responsible for any improper services provided by any other service provider agency apart from services officially confirmed by PTT also not be responsible for the sudden situations if arise within the service providing period by the agency PTT as damage , lost of luggage or any valuable goods, in the case of caused by the act or default of the management or employee of any hotelier, airline, surface transport,  who are the agency&rsquos independent service associates.

The agency PTT  also not liable for the situation arising outside of normal selection and inspection process, or acts of Government authority, war, civil or political disturbances, strike, natural calamities - as landslide, flood, earthquake, and others of it&rsquos kind. As a result of any of the causes delay of days out of contract period and changes of itinerary the extra expense will be bear by the client 

4. The agency  PTT shall in no any circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or persons traveling with the agency in the contract period of service provide for:-

Any death, physical injury, sickness, accidental case, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activity&rsquos against the civic rule, any damage or loss of luggage or valuable goods, 

5. The amount quoted for the particular services has been calculated as per the fuel and related cost prevailing at the time of submission of the rate quotation.

The PTT reserves the right to amend the quoted rate in case of changes in any tax or surcharges structure, an increase of fuel cost, and any of cost increase beyond the control of the company. On that situation, the service provider agency PTT will inform in advance to the client or related person for an additional payment amount to be paid before the start of service. 

6. This contract will be governed by Indian law.  In the event of a dispute or difference between &ldquoPatra Tour and Travels Private Limited&rdquo and the client should be negotiated or finalize in the exclusive administrative jurisdiction of Midnapore District court in India.

  • In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to PTT by writing
  • Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation letter.
  • The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.
  1. Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted
  2. If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period
  3. 30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted
  4. From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of the total cost will be deducted
  5. From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of the total cost will be deducted
  6. From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of the total cost will be deducted
  7. From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of the total cost will be deducted
  8. Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of the total cost will be deducted
  9. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total cost will be deducted
